The Engineering Cup

For the last two summers I’ve worked as head of engineering at the Cambridge Tradition, part of Oxbridge Academic Programs.

In this role I taught talented students from around the world in a summer intensive. This would culminate in a challenge cup, where I would supervise students through difficult hands-on engineering tasks. Some of the activities included:

• Building a binary calculator using transistors
• Designing water-propelled rockets
• Designing AI frameworks
• Building prosthetic hand prototypes
